Story line: It begins with a spur of the moment decision from Marion Crane where she decides to leave the city and head to her boyfriend sam in fairvale when her boss entrusts her with $40,000 to deposit into the bank, she spends a night in her car and the next night in a hotel, where she meets norman bates, where they chat and as a result of this conversation she decides she will give the money to the bank, but will spend a night at the hotel before doing so, along that night their is a shower scene which is a very famous scene in this film and from that scene the storyline continues with Marion Cranes sister and boyfriend investigating.
